Seeing as my 22nd birthday is coming up (not really--October baby over here) I thought it would only be appropriate to make a little collage displaying the newest item(s) I would like to covet for myself. Black boots are versatile and practical (the sweetest words any student loves to hear), and these boots have just the right amount of edge to them. Cutouts and metal detailing make me all weak in the knees. Ouuu ahh. Anyways...until my birthday, I will satiate my shoe hunger with more online window shopping.

This outfit did me good. I rocked it from Sunday morning service to lunch with the family. The newest staple in my closet? The calf length blazer!

A couple of weeks ago when Edward and I were downtown we stopped by, for my first time, in an Urban Outfitters store. It's really expensive in there so I never really like to go in, but I decided to walk in anyways. I left that place with a lighter wallet and this beautiful black blazer that makes me feel a little like a hairdresser and a lot like a super woman (I don't know). I was really hesitant to buy it, but my boyfriend actually complimented me on it (something he hardly ever does--all clothes look alike to him) and he even went halfsies on it for me, which ultimately sealed the deal. I'm really glad he persuaded me to pick it up. I would of regretted it. Forever...and ever. 

I've also decided to make Monday my day. Umm... well the day where I post stuff. So every week check back for another Monday with Mariah! Tacky? Yah... but let's roll with it.

Graffiti Alley

Hey Guys! Long time no blog eh? Anyways a kinda impromptu trip downtown led to this. My uncles been dying to take me to Graffiti Alley downtown and here we are. This place is nothing short of bombdiggity. Just walk fast past the pee smelling areas, and you're gold. Really talented people have created masterpieces and allowed people like us enjoy the beauty of it all. Thank you artists. Thank you.
